An Important Note from Your HOA Belmonte Estates' President:

​Greetings on the this Christmas Day:


I’ll keep this short.  As you know by now, we have started the process of planning for new roads.  At the December HOA Board Meeting, the board approved a the request for a letter going out to our neighbors asking for volunteers to join a special Ad Hoc Belmonte Estates Road Advisory Committee.   The sole purpose of the committee will be to do the meet around four to five times of the next 12 —18 months and do the following:

1.     Listen to  and consider information presented by our road advisory consultant, La Belle Marvin;

2.    Discuss and construct significant questions for the board to ask of our consultant;

3.    Provide meaningful and helpful feedback for the board as they consider choosing a bid.

The committee will remain standing throughout the selection and construction process.  As chair of the committee, it is my goal to keep the number of times we meet to a minimum.  If you choose to participate, please plan on the following:

    a.     Initial meeting with the consultant and the board;

    b.    Discussion of the bids;

    c.    Planning for construction considerations that will impact residents;

    d.    Final review of completed project.

This letter will eventually be forwarded to the entire community as we look for volunteers to be considered by the board.  It is my intent to be as inclusive as possible.  We will all be impacted.  Your voice and your thoughts are essential to help the board plan for and do their best for our community as we reconstruct our neighborhood roads.

It is my goal to forward to the board the names of those interested community members who would like to participate on the advisory committee at our next scheduled board meeting at the end of January.  If you are interested, please reply to this email in the next week.

Remember - Your voice matters!  The decisions we make will directly impact the perceived value of our community.
