Road Committee Update

The Belmonte Estates Road Committee has met but at this time, no recommendations have been discussed by the committee or presented to the board for action.

The board has received the results of a road study by its consultant, LaBelle Marvin.  At this time, the board is in the process of getting the necessary information necessary to better understand the various recommendations regarding any road maintenance suggested by LaBelle Marvin.  It is our hope that the road committee will have the necessary information to make a recommendation to the board by the end of this summer.  As of now, no action is being considered by the board in regards making final recommendations on the roads.
