As a resident of Belmonte Estates, your neighborhood benefits from an HOA that is committed to protecting your interest in maintaining an attractive and friendly neighborhood for you to live and reside. In fact, your board’s mission statement is as follows,
"The Board is committed to creating and maintaining a neighborhood that respects diverse traditions, heritage, and experiences, encouraging a fluent harmony of homes, while demonstrating respect for our homeowners." Your HOA generally holds its meetings on the first Monday of each month at Albert Management, 41865 Boardwalk #101, Palm Desert, CA 92211, at 4:00 P.M. Please feel encouraged to attend these meetings and share with the board your thoughts and concerns. You can check to see if a meeting is scheduled by looking at the calendar on our neighborhood website (see below). As president of the board, I sincerely hope you will take the time to visit one of our meetings, introduce yourself, and provide us your insight and thoughts as to how we can better maintain and improve our community. As you know, we will be holding our second annual block party in the neighborhood this Saturday from 1 -4. We hope to see you there. Also, we will be hosting a Meet the Board party on May 4th from 4-6 at the Pratt Residence. This will actually be a Cinco de Mayo themed event and we will also be thanking our many volunteers on the various committees that serve our neighbors. You should have received a self-nomination form in the mail regarding our annual meeting. If you are interested in running for and serving on the board, please feel encouraged to complete the form and send it in to Albert Management. In closing, please check out and explore our community’s website, https://www.belmonteestates.org and like us at facebook at https://www.facebook.com/belmonte.estates.pd . You can also find us at twitter at https://twitter.com/belmonteestates . Currently, we have three on-going committees. 1. Social Committee - Andrea Rosenblatt, Chair 2 Architecture and Landscape - Andrea Pratt, Chair 3. Road Advisory - Gregg Capper, Chair There is some growing interest in creating a communication and safety committee. If this is something you may be interested in serving on, please forward me your name and I’ll be sure to pass it on to the board. So much is going on, but please know, your voice matters. On behalf of the board, it is a pleasure to serve you, our friends and neighbors. If you have any questions, thoughts, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Albert Management and ask for Paul Kosturos, our community manager. If you wish, you may also contact me directly at either 760-333-7284 or [email protected] . Regardless, please know that your voice matters and your board appreciates hearing from you. Sincerely, Douglas Sexton HOA Board President
