Road Committee Officially in Place and Ready to Begin Meeting

The Belmonte Estates Road Committee is officially in place and ready to begin meeting.  The first order of business will be to review the Core Sample Report from Labelle Marvin as well as their recommendations.  The committee will be meeting on March 5th at 5:00 to discuss the report as a group as well as walk the property.  Labelle Marvin will also participate in a teleconference with the committee members.

No matter what the recommendations are from the committee, this process will likely be one that is lengthy and will require much discussion.  When the time is appropriate, the Belmonte Estates HOA Board will schedule neighborhood meetings to solicit community input as well as share the road findings to date.
