As a Belmonte HOA board member, my goal is ensure that Belmonte Estates continues to thrive as a healthy and vibrant neighborhood. My challenge is to help ensure all of our neighbors' voices are heard and considered by our HOA.

I want to make a difference for our community by helping create the closeness of a country club. My goals are to help Belmonte be a safe, friendly, and fun place for all of us.

My Goal as a Board member is to have responsible citizenship that focuses on Belmonte Estates homes living in harmony and have a feeling of Inclusiveness for all members regardless of age, sex, religion, caste, origin, political affiliation, etc.

My goal is to help make our community a nicer place that is aesthetically more beautiful and attractive. Bringing our neighborhood together as a community and making it a fun place to live is a priority for me.

“My wife Debbie and I truly enjoy our home and the Belmonte Estates neighborhood. Like a few other neighbors, we are snowbirds and spend the summers in Washington state. I hope to represent this group in board planning and decisions.”
