On Thursday, April 20th, the Belmonte Social Committee hosted the Annual "Meet the Board" at the home of Douglas and Cheryl Sexton. Over a quarter of the Belmonte Estates homeowners were in attendance with a total of nearly 50 neighbors all together. 

The social committee provided desserts, soft drinks, and cocktails while our wonderful neighbors provided friendly conversations, lots of laughs, and a relaxing good time just enjoying being with one another.

Our next neighborhood event will be our annual Summer Happy Hour on July 13th at O' Caines Irish Restaurant and Pub.

Last Saturday, the Belmonte Estates Ladies met at Cups to enjoy a lunch together. It was a roaring success. If you would like to added to the email list, please add your name in the comments section below. 

On December 11th, the neighbors of Belmonte Estates once again ventured out into the night and came together to celebrate the holiday season. The Social Committee sends its thanks to Jeff and Jessica Poland of 42 Sutton Place E, Neil and Michelle Hoffman of 7 Belmonte, and Gregg and Jodi Capper of 3 Belmonte for hosting the event. 

This year, the Belmonte Social Committee encouraged our neighbors to decorate our homes with lights in show of Belmonte Estates Holiday Spirit. The Neighbors of Belmonte Estates answered the challenged and we are happy to publish the results. At this time, the following events have been tentatively calendared for the year.

1. Neighborhood Cocktail Party - Bring an appetizer and join the fun of socializing together  September 25.  More information to follow;

2.  4th Annual Progressive Party - December 8, 5-8 PM.;



4.  2nd Annual Neighborhood Block Party - March 9, 2-4 PM.

These dates are tentative and dependent on committee and board approval, but you are able to get an idea about what the committee is thinking.  We invite your comments.
